Vitality fitness changes for 2016

Received an email from Vitality informing that they now only contribute 75% gym fee and members can then get 5% back per week for completing challenges. I called Vitality (***) and asked what these challenges would be. Was told that they can only tell me what is it today (150 pts per week). I checked by app today and it has already gone up to 200pts. from 150pts last week As I am pregnant and might not be able to be as active as I want to be going forward and after birth of baby i asked how the challenges are going to change per week. They cant tell me. Really??? Every computer system is build on business rules - these rules are set by the business and documented by the business analyst and developed by programmer.
