Vitality Failing to credit my gym visits

I am quite disappointed and feel let down by the vitality gym benefit scheme.Sometime in march this year I was told my gym benefit was being cancelled because the free membership benefit required 36 visits and I was 1 visit short. it was my responsibility to prove that I went more than 36 times in a year. I definitely went more than 36 times but for me to prove that I couldn't coz the virgin active system was saying otherwise. I ended up losing my free gym benefit& had to pay R185 per month(50%discount) until my visits add up to 36,then I will get 80% discount.I continued attending least 2 times per week since March, was hoping I would as early as March qualify for80% gym benefit discount but was shocked to check with discovery n being told I was last at the gym in March! On average 8 visits per month and seems all the 24 visits++ have not been updated and i am being prejudiced financially as my discount was supposed to be 80%.I called virgin active in May who confirmed my visits were up to date, the consultant then called vitality on a teleconference, spoke to Karl who advised everything will be sorted, gave ref no ***.This is what i am holding on to with disappointment!!
