Vitality Drive - Pathetic

Discovered about a year ago that my drive points are not recorded, however my husbands are. Called...e-mailed...followed up...logged queries. For months now. no one checking. Query just logged with IT again, response same old generic nonsense. no-one fixing it. No one coming back with feedback. Meantime Im not getting points or plays for my driving. Latest is that they must have recorded my ID nr wrong and I have to send a copy so they can fix THEIR error. Done that, week ago, no feedback. Called AGAIN yesterday. A MANAGER WILL CALL YOU BY END OF BUSINESS..(refuse to give me the managers name) Guess what , no one did. Pathetic service
