Vitality - Draconian and how much do they truly care?!

I took a watch on the vitality benefit and went through a difficult financial patch. I also had queries regarding the validity of the vitality credit processing. Discovery ignored my queries and ignored my tough times and blacklisted me. They also have a draconian policy that states you will forever be blacklisted for this. I have recovered financially by all credit bureaus and other institutions and even managed to buy a house. Despite this vitality still want to hold their own internal policy like a sword over my head. No remedy afforded etc I also hit a brick wall in terms of escalations. A wellness company who does not afford any remedy at all. Pathetic and draconian.
