Vitality Double Debits and Incompetence to rectify

Discovery have double debited me (which bounced) they then suspend my vitality despite endless calls through out February

Reference numbers 895 755 347 - the lady that assisted: Nozuko (20 Feb) still waiting for her follow up

896 080 100 - the lady that assisted Landila on the 26 Feb, still waiting for her follow up

The payment i did in October was incorrectly allocated. You would think it is easy to fix

I have not been able to get my February medication to gain vitality points

Through there whatsapp line, they are non responsive

I will be terminating all my accounts with Discovery as the service is pathetic
