Vitality Doesn't Award You Your Points

I am actually so tired of Discovery Vitality and having to always fight to be given my points. I even provide a screen shot of what I should be awarded but there is always an excuse with every reply. This time was the that my screen shot wasn't clear. All this is is a stall tactic on Vitality's part so that they do not have to award you your points that are owed to you. All they currently are are ****** and if they do not stop this act of these I am going to be left with no option but to move my medical aid. They are one of the most expensive medical aids and this so called Vitality rewards program is just an aggravation as I'm constantly fighting to get what is due and owing to me.<br> My reference number for my complaint that I sent to Vitality is ***, lets see if this is ever resolved, I am not holding my breath though based on past results.
