Vitality Does Not Live Up to Its Marketing Hype!!!!

I have been trying to use the partner rewards (car hire). I am so frustrated having spent several hours only to find that there is an update to the systems between Discovery Vitality and Kalula. As a Discovery Vitality member Kalula no longer recognises my "account" Phone calls to both Discovery and Kalula proved pointless, with the people that I was told to register a complaint eventually hung up. This is when Discovery have heavy marketing their Vitality product. So disappointed and now having to incur a 25% increase in my car hire cost.
