Vitality dissapointing in every single aspect

Vitality is dissapointing on every single aspect. I did my Vitality health assessment last week Friday and now all my points on the app are gone. I spoke to a lady called Yonela which promised me to phone me back which of course did not happen. Empty promises from an completely unqualified call center agent. My pints are still missing. I asked her to log my Gym visit from last week Thursday as that did not get automatically tracked either. Of course did also not happen would habe been too much effort for her to do what she is supposed to do. My case number :***. Vitality is a waste of money. NO customer service at all and you are just left alone with your problems and get charged for that every single month
