Vitality discount not worth the hassle I've being put through!

Worst experience of my travel history. I am unable to book online on Kulula.com because the details Discovery gives are too long for the system. I have phoned the Vitality line and Bank line multiple times and have repeated my queries multiple times over the past 6 months.

Every time I am told either: they can't do anything, or I should go online.

Either most of the consultants have never used Discovery's travels products themselves or they are do not care enough to listen to clients because they tell me to do the things I have been doing for months.

I would advise any clients, to rather use another loyalty program to get flight discounts if they do not have other suite products with Discovery! USELESS
