Vitality Discount

Hi there,<br> <br> I have spoken to consultants over the last two weeks in order for them to rectify my Vitality discount for using my Discovery Credit Card. I have sent numerous emails with screen shots as requested but nobody and sort this out for me? I was told that since I am on Diamond status if I book a hotel on the vitality list I would get 50% discount if I use my Discovery Credit Card when doing the booking. I have done that but no options to select payment option with discovery card was available as per ever single reply to my queries . I have tried again in this week and then the option was available for me to pay using that option and getting my discount.<br> <br> Question still remains why I didn't get my discount when purchasing via my Credit Card.
