Vitality customer service uncontactable.

I'm really frustrated with Vitality. They have not accounted my points for my health check. Even more frustrating is that I cannot contact anyone because their IVR requires I enter my ID number or Membership number. When I do this, its says its invalid, despite multiple attempts. Even using their contact page or chatbot sends me on wild goose chase. They are trying really hard to avoid dealing with me.
