Vitality continue to ***** money from their clients

I uavenunero S outstanding complaints in regards to vitality’s weight loss rewards, the allocation of discount, the discounts given, being able to set a new weight loss goal and now I don’t even get a chance to spin the wheel for my goal streak. I am so tired of fighting firing for what is rightly ours. It’s all empty promises in regards to rewards from Vitality and they happily continue to take our money to participate in their useless schemes. When can we collectively sue Vitality as I am at that point where I just had enough. And what if I don’t even want to give them one star on the feedback chart? As the service Centre dealing with our complaints is worse than utterly useless
