Vitality Cashback from Sportsmanswarehouse not received

<p>On 12 Nov 2016 I bought a Polar watch from Sportsmanswarehouse using my healthy gear card.</p> <p>I never received my cashback. I queried it on 15 January 2017, on 19 Jan 2017 I have sent my invoice as well as credit card statement as requested, after submitting the docs I received a phone call to say that all is in order now. On 30 Jan 2017 I queried it again, again on 24 Feb 2017, again on 5 Mar 2017, again on 4 April. Up to now still no feedback on my query and still no cashback received!!!</p>
