Vitality Cash back - No Feedback No Cash back heathy gear

Hi, I have now lost faith and confidence in DISCOVERY VITALITY cash back plan for clients as empty promises on the cash back plan. I have purchased two items of R1799 (Huawei band 3 pro) & August 2020 R1449 (Asics hockey boot MP7 gel) during the double cash back was initiated. Since my first purchase in May/June I have being getting the run around and my query has been escalated since June/July but till today no positive feedback was received.

I would like feedback urgently and my promised cash backs as advertised to be paid out! And for vitality to give their clients the proper service.
