Vitality Care Cash Back has not been paid

Discovery vitality have not paid in my Dischem points for almost 6 months now. When I ask for a statement on which invoices no one can provide to me . I have complained multiple teams on twitter but your social media team is equally useless. The service you offer is pathetic, if you can't afford to give the free stuff your advertise than stop advertising. Feel like I am being ****med here
