Vitality cancelled without informing me

Prior to joining the medical my husband had vitality as he had group risk. He then decided to join Discovery medical aid and added on life cover. During that time he had also joined Virgin active and used vitality to qualify for the discounted fee. Due to financial reasons and the birth of our baby we decided to change to another medical aid and cancelled ONLY the medical aid. Much to our surprise the vitality was cancelled without informing us. This resulted in us paying a full amount of close to R800 for virgin active for two months. We have exhausted all our options in trying to get assistance but there has not been a solution. We cannot continue paying this amount.
