Vitality Cancel Membership

Hi, I submitted a query to have my membership terminated for Vitality earlier this month. I got an email on the same day saying I will receive feedback within 5 days. I still haven't received any further communication. I sent another request, which ended just like the first one. Please can I have this membership cancelled before this month of August starts because I will not be paying it in August. Thanks.
