Vitality campaign ****

This company is a ****. On the 27/28th of July 2025 I got a call and they were selling their vitality campaign. We spoke and at the end I told the lady I’m not interested in this after we’ve gone through multiple steps, she advised on me on calling back again to cancel after a few days. I called after a few days and I asked one of the agents if they can cancel my vitality membership before the campaign ends, he told me that there’s no need to cancel because my membership is not active, he’s not seeing any active membership on his end. I took his word for it because I did ask the lady that I spoke to initially to cancel and I thought she went ahead and cancelled. To my surprise this month end R399 was deducted from my account, I called in and dealt with a very difficult agent and he told me I have to give them a month's notice, on what? On something I called in to cancel??? This is a **** and I want my refund and I want this cancelled as I have never used it and it’s useless to me.
