vitality bmi dispute

this is my first bad experience In 4 years of being a vitality member,besides having to wait over 10 days for vitality health assesment points to reflect and having to make 3 calls to get it resolved i find that i dont get the points due to my bmi being out of range, though i advised 2 of your consultants that i am a bodybuilder.

your consultant ntombi who i spoke to on 18/11/2019 at approximately 10:20am said she does not know about the exception and was unfami**** where to find this infomation on your website, she should be trained accordingly.

consultant raeesa who i spoke to earlier the same day said she cannot help if I DONT HAVE LAST YEARS RESULTS IE BODY WEIGHT AND HEIGHT, i feel that infomation should be on your system, i never had this problem before and been with 1 or 2 KGS within 84kgs.
