Vitality binds you to additional expenses
We have been Vitality members for almost nine years now, but all the nitty gritty issues are really becoming too much. Apart from offline systems at ster-kinekors and mugg n beans to the fitness boosters not activating or the team vitality membership promising clothing that we never really receive the latest changes might just be the tipping point. So suddenly TomTom devices will not be able to connect anymore forcing us to fork out a lot of money to buy new devices. After booking a flight (flight booster was a major reason why we kept Vitality) I was amazed to find that we can't boost flights anymore. No warnings or communications or anything just plainly 12 July is a cut-off date. So I am asking myself is it really worth it to pay 3000 rand per year in order to qualify for extra payments such as booking fees, fitness tests and activation of benefit boosters and in addition be granted many opportunities of standing red faced before ster kinekor or mugg n bean staff and not to mention the shocking service from designated sportsmans warehouses that stock the team vitality clothing. I am ashamed that I have promoted the Vitality program to so many family and friends.
