Vitality benefits not actually benefiting anyone

I am still waiting on the team leader to call me back on an issue raised in November last year. My double up vitality baby points have been stripped and no one can provide concrete answers or feedback. This affects my goal cycles, weekly goals, surprise rewards and watch benefit. And so gets so involved that no one actually wants to assist and rectify the issue. It is not my fault that there was no option to Load two children some time ago and so things were done manually and never entered correctly at a later stage! Need some answer as the more time goes past the worse it gets
