Vitality benefits and bad service

The Vitality benefits are a JOKE! You claim that people can get their money back by making healthy choices. I have earned hundreds of rands (which to add to my frustration I am notified about via SMS every month). I have been querying this issue since last October each time a consultant tells me to wait 6 working days to fix the problem (which I do) then I have to wait till the next billing cycle to get my money (which I don't!). Not only do you make us jump through hoops to earn money back, you but also move the goalposts making it work better for you and now I can't even get the money owed to me!
