Vitality banned me from Facebook Page

So Vitality banned me from their facebook page for asking the right questions. I was questioning Vitality's ethical behaviour recently regarding their extreme changes to the points system, the poor service we receive as paying customers and the fact that Vitality employees are giving their employers 5 star reviews on Facebook.

Its been 2 weeks since I was banned and I have asked to be contacted regarding this many times. I pay Vitality a monthly fee to receive a service. I DO NOT REGARD ME BEING BANNED FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AS THE SERVICE WHICH I PAY FOR!!! I pay them monthly to receive a service, even though it is VERY VERY POOR!! Contact me immediately about this and reinstate me on the page.

This is just the beginning. I pay to receive a service SO GIVE ME THE SERVICE I PAY FOR!!

Hi Massyn.

We have been in contact with you previously regarding your posts on our page. We have addressed your concerns as best as we can and we have also advised that there are house rules to adhere to when engaging on any of our Facebook pages. Repeatedly spamming our page is not a service you pay for. Unfortunately, we will not unblock you from the page as your conduct has a negative impact on our members who come to our Facebook page to engage constructively with us and with each other.

Discovery Vitality

Seeing that you wanted to reply to me in private. So asking questions is considered to be spam? You never answered my questions thus I asked the same question again? So now tell me. I am paying for a service. What service am I paying for then if asking questions is not covered under the service I pay for?
