Vitality bad for runners
Not a good idee if your a runner. I should be the ideal person for Vitality. Well, so I thought. I exercise daily and buy only healthy food from W. I do two participation events on a weekend. Problem is, I am a runner. I train HIT runs daily. After weeks of trying (and failing) to sync my Garmin app, I decided to cancel. When I called to cancel, the lady admitted that they have a known problem with Garmin apps. They are aware. I said, no problem. But when I asked for my refund, she become very technical. Never mind I tried to cancel within a week of trying this service. THis is not in the spirit or the letter of the CPA.
Just steer clear if you are a runner. Its more for people who like going to the gym. Better to clock in at the gym and sip lattes, than to run for hours on end.
