Vitality BABY - Terrible service!!

Logged a query on the 3rd of April 2023, with Vitality re my vitality baby program that was just ended!! My baby is 4 months old!! Vitality has yet to resolve this and give me back my points. We were also on Diamond status and they decide to downgrade it to Gold for no reason on Tuesday!!

I have had no feedback from Vitality or any of the managers I have spoken to and the only time any one phones you back is when you give the caller a bad rating. Absolutely disgusting service! And yet they diligently take their monthly instalment every month!!
