Vitality Baby Registration

After trying to register for Vitality baby for the past week, there is STILL a technical problem with that specific category on my profile. When and how long till this technical problem is fixed? I have reported it to Vitality, Discovery and my Broker and all of them says it takes to days to respond. Why 5 days? After trying for a week and I still have to wait another 5 days for service? How can we earn Vitality points if the services most of the time have technical problems on the website?
