Vitality Baby Gift Pack

So I activated my Vitality Baby benefit in August last year. My son is 4 months old now and when I went to Toys R Us to collect the gift pack recently I discovered that the voucher had expired in February this year. I tried calling in to get the voucher extended or get a new voucher code so that I can collect the gift pack but they are not willing to assist. I find this ridiculous. It is a free benefit and they are not willing to accomodate me
