Vitality baby

I registered for vitality baby between 4-7 July as I was 16 weeks pregnant. I was told by the lady that I would receive the letter to go get my pack at toys t us or baby's r us within 24-48 hrs. They only sent me a welcomeUp till today I didn't get it. Because I had to change jobs and take on a new medical aid I had no choice but to cancel discovery whom I had been with for over 10 years . The only medical aid I have ever had. I called them and asked them where the letter was and vitality told me that because I cancelled effective 31 July I could not get it. I told her that I was still a member at the time that I registered but that it was their delay that they didn't send me the letter and they said they could not give me my baby pack. This is a serious breach of contract because I was still a discovery and vitality member when I registered. Why didn't they send me my baby back? I wanted to consider coming back to discovery one day with my hubby as the principal lbet but with such service just because I cancelled end of the month you are no longer treated as a client but as trash. I still want my baby pack as the contract was still valid at the time I registered for vitality baby.
