Vitality are *****ing from their clients.. avoid!!

I cancelled my membership on Monday, 2nd september 2024. The cancellation dept. advised that my membership will only end on the 31st October 2024 as they need a full calendar month. I argued that they do not have a cancellation email nor do they take calls on a Sunday for me to cancel on the 1st. The consultant advised that is the process and they are doing that to all clients calling in on the 2nd, this is ********* as they are freely *****ing a months premium from all these clients. To make matters worst I phoned their life dept to cancel that policy and they are able to cancel on the 30 September 2024.. makes no sense as they fall under the same company.
