Vitality App - Unable to Login and missing goals

My Login stopped working 9 April. I did all the suggested steps from the website as well as the call centre. Still gets same error on my phone as well as other phones. Vernatia from Discovery stopped replying to my emails, meanwhile I’m missing all my goals because points have also not manually been added by Vitality as promised. I guess they will shortly charge me for missing my goals as well. If this happens to you, good luck getting any support to fix your problem from Vitality!
