VITALITY APP

I am so frustrated with Discovery Vitality currently. There are numerous issues with the app. I have been waiting since the Feb for my son to gain access on the app and has also further escalated to a Team Leader - to date no feedback has been received and my son is loosing out on his Vitality Rewards. Extremely Poor Service - very disappointing.
