Vitality and Apple Watch ****

<p>I'm a convinced that Discovery are running a very subtle **** with their Apple Watch deal. They way they marketed this deal to consumers, it was made to appear that this will be a useful tool for active customers and points will be earned for actual work out completed (as opposed to the ordinary 100 points that everyone gets). While they pointed out that the weekly goals will be dynamic, what they conveniently left out was:</p> <p>1. The goals are linked to your heart rate and only specific workouts will be rewarded </p> <p>2. Goals will be increased to illogical and impossible levels to ensure that customers will eventually pay for this watch</p> <p>3. They take zero responsibility if the watch malfunctions</p> <p>4. They will take weeks and upon weeks to resolve customer enquiry. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so disappointed with Discovery, I really am. </p>
