Vitality- Adding stress to your life!

Since I joined Discovery Vitality I have been on the phone with them trying to resolve issues relating to invalid vouchers, app not logging exercises and Discovery Bucks not allocated to my profile on a weekly basis. The hours spent on the phone could definitely been spent more productively! Vitality promotes health but just joining Vitality it has increased my stress levels that definitely does not improve anyone’s health. No-one calls you back and they expect you to keep calling back and the issues doesn’t get resolved. Unlike when I tried to join and was repeatedly bombarded with calls by their sales team!

I have always said: If a company’s sales team is more efficient than their complaints department, that company does not care for your needs, they only want your money!!

I am done with Discovery! Discovery Vitality, Discovery Health and Discovery Bank which I am all a client of!
