Vitality Active Rewards TCF Dispute

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife was diagnosed with a chronic condition, Deep Vein Thrombosis last year.</p> <p>She is unable to do any hard, physical activity, like running.</p> <p>I requested an exception for her in terms of the maximum points that she needs to achieve in order to qualify for Vitality Active Rewards.</p> <p>The request for an exception was declined, however for reasons provided I do not see this as TCF.</p> <p>Kindly refer to the following references on Vitality’s side for full details:</p> <p>1.
