Vitality Active Rewards Program

I logged a call more than 2 weeks ago where I was cheated out of my valid reward giving me problems when trying to redeem "Digital Card error" pass cannot be loaded. They issued me another code to redeem my prize but this code was also invalid. I reported it again and this time I am TOTALLY ignored. I already sent them all the proof, prints, error messages and info they requested but now they totally ignore me. EXTREMELY pathetic service. Contacted them by email, Facebook and Messenger. TOTAL silence from there part for a lousy R 50 award. They do receive my comms as there automated system acknowledge this.
