Vitality active rewards points and devices

I am currently extremely unhappy and frustrated with the discovery vitality active rewards points system. I currently have the Nokia Health mate/Withings app on my phone and for the past year, my steps have synced perfectly to the Discovery App. This week I was supposed to achieve my third consecutive goal for my surprise smoothie and my additional gym benefit, seeing as I met my previous weeks' goals. Imagine my complete surprise when this morning I checked the Discovery App and found that my Withings app has synced, but the points have nowhere reflected in my Discovery App, consequently causing my winning streak to be nul and voided. This is just one more example of how absolutely frustrated I am with this points system that works knit one slip one seeing as this is not the first time it has happened.
