Vitality Active Rewards not working

How is it possible that the Vitality Active Rewards on your app does not work for more than a week. I will not be joining Discovery Bank if you don't have reliable apps as initially planned. Surely it cannot take a week to update, and you are not even communicating the problem to your clients.
