Vitality Active Rewards (iwatch) & Pregnancy

Shortly after finding out I was pregnant I contacted Discovery to let them know as I was sure this will influence how they calculate my weekly exercise goal. I told them that I would definitely still be exercising, but I don't think upping my goals too much would be healthy. As they stated on the agreement that the goals and individually calculated to fit in with your personal lifestyle and fitness levels. When I contacted them my weekly goal was around 300 points a week.

They rep**** with a VERY generic email saying that they understand that in some instances you may have medical reasons for not completing a goal and should send a doctors letter confirming that. Uhm Ok?

Got the letter from my doctor and emailed them it confirming that I am pregnant. I then got a canned response saying it will take 10 working days to process. Ok 2 weeks later and my goal is 500 points a week - they come back saying the doctors note doesn't have enough detail. I should get a note explaining what my pregnancy is about and why I should be exempted from excersize. Forgetting that I did not say I want to stop exercising (just in moderation).
Ok, emailed my doctor and found ot she is on leave till the end of the month, so she can't write me a new note? And my goal is now at 600 points. I emailed them explaining this and I once again got a canned response saying they will come back in ten days (another 200 points added??) After that I've phones them several times, but still no avail. Every person I speak to have different instructions that still gets me nowhere?

I have a toddler of 15 months, a husband, my own business, a home to take care off, pregnant and now I have to make time to go to the gym 6 days a week. I stand up at quater past 5 in the mornings to get time for gym. And now Sa****ays which used to be my off day also includes early mornings. Another problem is that my heart rate can't go above 140 bmp as that makes my blood flow too strong and can cause plasenta problems. BUT according to the discovery app nothing I do counts as excerise below 140 bmp - so now I can't do anything to get points except going to the gym?
I'm so over exhausted and as I'm still in my first trimester I need to be very careful as I can easily get a misscaraige. But all this doesn't seem to bother discovery in the slightest.
What a ****!!!
