I am a loyal supporter of multiple Discovery Products.<br> <br> The new initiative that has been launched by Discovery namely Vitality Active Rewards is a *****.<br> <br> I have logged a complaint with Discovery (***) with regards to points not being allocated causing me to not reach my weekly goals and obtain my Kauai voucher. <br> <br> I was contacted by a call centre representative and she told me that I should only be awarded point for one activity per day. This has not been the case in the past when I was still receiving my rewards.<br> <br> The fact that I can not attend the weekly park run due to other commitments makes it impossible now for me to reach my weekly goal of 1200 point. I have to exercise 8 days a week (8x150=1200) to achieve this goal. Obviously this is impossible.<br> <br> Initially the system awarded additional points to enable discovery to allocate a higher goal to its clients only to make it impossible to reach this goal at a later stage.<br> <br> And surprise surprise this happens just be for the apple watch initiative is launched. Very calculated.<br> <br> I was very motivated by the initiative but not I only have a sour taste in may mouth.<br> <br> Very Disappointed
