Vitality Active Rewards - frustrated client

I have interacted with two Discovery Vitality consultants this week, Onica and Bukho (***), based on an email i had sent on 26 December 2025 and resent on 4 January 2025, and no one has bothered to respond to which I think is pathetic. My request is simple. I incorrectly app**** my rest week to week ending 26/12/2025 instead of week ending 28/11/2025. Please can this be rectified so that I do not lose my streak. The week it was app**** to had already been achieved. Hopefully I get a better response.
