Vitality Active Rewards & Apple Watch Benefit

Please be aware of the Discovery Vitality Active Rewards, especially the Apple Watch Benefit.<br> I happened to be ill for more than a week and I could not exercise to maintain one of my goals for the month of March. I went to the doctor, got medication and a sick letter and emailed it to Discovery. They rep**** by saying you only get exempted from not reaching your goal if you are sick for more than a month. Now, being in a medical field myself and fully aware of the dangers of exercising if you are sick, you would expect a medical aid company, who by the way claims to have the best interest of their members at heart, to also understand these risks and dangers. It seems like they are encouraging their members to exercise while sick. They only have money at heart, not health!<br> <br> I asked per email on 29/03/2016 for a manager/someone with authority to contact me. Today is the 13th of March 2016 and no one even bothered to call me.<br> <br> I told them that I want to cancel my Apple Watch Benefit and return the watch. They rep**** by saying that I can cancel the Active Rewards Program at any time, but that I will have to pay the balance of the watch.<br> <br> The matter will not rest here
