Vitality Active Rewards

<p>I completed two workouts using my Suunto Ambit 3 sports watch and heart rate monitor. Both workouts were completed at more than 80% of maximum heart rate.</p> <p>On Saturday, 24 Jun 2017, I had not received my Vitality Active Rewards points.</p> <p>I logged a query on the Discovery website, I provided evidence of these workouts and received reference # ********** 563. </p> <p> </p> <p>To date, this query is still unresolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, I paid R300 to subscribe to the Shoe Booster scheme. The cash back portion from the scheme is directly linked to Vitality Active Rewards. Discovery Vitality were more than happy to accept my fees; yet they fail to act with the same commitment I have shown over the last 10 years.</p>
