Vitality Active rewards
I downloaded the vitality active rewards on my Samsung to get rewarded for gym visits. It is linked to a digital card that is supposed to display a bar code. I received 2 awards already and the 1 expires the 2nd of December, but the digital card is not working. I phoned the Discovery 086 number on numerous occasions this week and as soon as I choose the option for Vitality it drops the call. I sent an email to them and still no response. I am beyond livid.
