Hi<br> <br> Thank you for your useless, generic response to my previous complaint. I see you offer some users the opportunity to talk to you offline - I would love for you to contact me privately to address my concerns.<br> <br> Your changes to the Active Rewards program are ridiculous. Your response is that there are still many ways to achieve the weekly goals. An average HR of 80%+ is crazy - I'd like to see any of you at Discovery maintaining that level for 210+ min as you suggest in your table!<br> <br> I look forward to hearing from you
