Vitality Active Gear Voucher Refund

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing, which, despite my repeated attempts, remains unresolved. I have provided all the necessary information as requested, and have also maintained a consistent email trail for transparency and ease of reference.

Despite these efforts, I am still facing the issue, which is affecting my overall experience with Vitality. It is regrettable to state that my current experience is far from satisfactory and has caused much inconvenience

I returned the item purchased on the 18th of August using the active gear benefi. I was informed by Thami, a representative at Nike Sandton, that my payment would be refunded minus the discounted portion and that it would not be returned to the gift card as Nike sends it back to Discovery. He explained that their procedure involves informing Discovery, so the redeemed voucher would be reversed.

Subsequently, I followed up with both Thami and Discovery Vitality. The agent from Discovery assured me that the voucher had indeed been reversed, and upon checking the Discovery app, everything seemed in order.

However, as of yesterday, the app indicates that my voucher was redeemed in August. When I called for assistance, an agent named Lauren (ref ***) told me that Nike should have issued a voucher instead.
