Vitality ****

I joined Vitality in November 2023 when they were running their 3 months free trial. To my surprise on the 2nd of January 2024 Vitality deducted 3months payments from my account, the 3 months that was supposed to be free. I’ve been phoning their call centre since the 3rd of January they send me from pillar to post instead of refunding my money. They do agree that they need to refund me but they are just not doing it.
