VITALITY

vitality is the worst service provider ever, i toke out a life insurance with Discover which i did not need but because i wanted to join Team vitality i toke it. after joining the running club in December, paid my license i have not received any communication from them or gotten my running license instead i have to keep calling or sending chat messages inquiring about my license and with no assistance. I am so frustrated wright now i even regret taking a life policy with them and joining vitality. i was so excited about joining team vitality but now i feel i don't even want to be their member anymore. i have sent pop's, i have called them numerous times and every time its a different story. OOH even getting my points on their app its always an issue.
