Vitality

Hi,

I'm writing this review to get rid of some frustration, I have been with vitality for a long time and I have been very active with my cycling. I used to use a Polar CS 400 heart rate monitor to upload my files to vitality in order to get points and get faster to gold. The unit eventually broke and I needed to by a new unit. I got my hands on a Bryton unit for a reasonable price. I knew at the time that I could not upload from the unit directly to discovery, but I could upload via Strava. That was the reason that I bought the unit and not a new Garming or Polar and those units are ****** expensive. Anyway now that Vitality have taken away the strave and map my fitness app, I thought ok, let me send them my files from my gps and it should be fine, only to find out that they wont accpet them. Now im sitting here with all those files and I cant get more points cause they dont want to accept it. I find that highly unfair that I know have to buy a new Garmin or Polar because they stopped the upload from the apps (STRAVA). That this has changed was a good business oppertuniy for Garmin, Polar and Dicovery cause there are a hell of a lot of people that now need ot by new units. I cant understand what the difference is between a TCX file from Garmin or Bryton.

Really thinking of changing to another medical aid.

Thanks Lars
