Discovery Vitality takes more time to manage than what it is worth. They will drop your status to a lower status more than a year later after being on Diamand Vitality Status since the beginning. Then say that you need to prove the points you have more than 12 months back and that you only have 3 months in order to do so and seeing that it is 12 months already it is too late.

Their systems are the biggest cause of everything and i dont feel confident anymore to have anything with them.

After being on the phone for more than 3 hours in total it still seems as if they cant understand what happened and blames a system issue for having me on the wrong status for 12 months. BUT they are unable to see that it might have been the system that deleted some of my vitality points more than a year ago.

I have heard rumours that the Vitality program only allows a certain percentage of clients to be on Diamond Status and it seems the rumour is true. Discovery doesn't want to make people healthier. They want to make themselves wealthier.

Get a copy of your points monitor every year and save it in order to avoid unnecessary time later on.
