Vitality

I've been trying to give my daughter consent to join Vitality rewards but is not able to do so on my app. Even though Vitality can see on their system that I given the consent. The message on my daughters app states that she needs consent. This is going on for more than a month and every time I call Vitality they say they will sort out the problem and get back to me. Nobody from Vitality has contacted me yet.
